THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty if the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
The right of withdrawal is excluded, and therefore cannot be exercised, if the products purchased by the customer have been customized or made to order. The right of withdrawal within 7 days of receiving the goods is valid if there are manufacturing problems.
Irregularities, inhomogeneities, and any minimal differences from the original product photo (overlaps, streaks, bulges, decorative stripes, minimal cleavages, internal/external curvatures) are not recognized as manufacturing problems as these are unique, handcrafted products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must explicitly inform the seller of his or her decision in writing via email to gamabuntalab22@ within the above-mentioned period of 7 working days, indicating his or her intention to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Customers agree to return the products within 10 working days of the date of notification of withdrawal. All costs associated with returning the products are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The seller undertakes to refund the price as quickly as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal referred to in Article 9.1, provided that:
- the products have been returned.
- the original packaging/wrapping of the products must also be returned and must be intact.
- any accessories must also be returned and must be intact.
- the products have not been damaged by the customer
The refund to the customer will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer has agreed otherwise.
The seller may withhold the refund until the customer has demonstrated that the goods have been returned. If customers exercise their right of withdrawal in a manner that does not comply with the procedures and terms set forth in this article, they will not be entitled to a refund.
Failure to return the goods within the established timeframe will, in any case, result in the forfeiture of the right of withdrawal. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable under any circumstances.
NB The right of withdrawal does not apply to "customized" products but only and exclusively to the products in the catalogue
HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can fill out a request and send it to us by email at gamabunta.lab@gmail.com with the subject "EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ORDER NO. #xxxxxx".
The communication must contain the order references, your name and surname so that we can carry out the checks.
For communication purposes, you can use the following form:
- Recipient: [insert seller's name and address]
- I hereby [insert name and surname of the consumer who concluded the contract] I hereby notify you of my withdrawal from the sales contract for the following goods [insert product identifier]
- Ordered the [insert date of conclusion of contract/date of receipt of order confirmation] and received the [insert date of receipt of products]
- Name and Surname: [insert name and surname of the consumer who concluded the contract]
- Address: [insert address of the consumer who concluded the contract]
- Signature: [signature of the consumer who concluded the contract] (only if this form is notified in paper version)
- Date: [insert date of sending of the withdrawal notification]
