RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY DAMAGE TO THE PACKAGING
The risk of loss or damage to the product is borne by us and passes to you only upon receipt. Upon delivery by the courier, always check that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet, or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials.
If you notice any damage to the packaging or the number of packages does not match your order, you must immediately dispute the claim by writing "subject to inspection" or a similar description and stating the reasons for the complaint: e.g., "punctured packaging," "crushed packaging," "signature with reservation," etc., on the courier's delivery receipt. Once the courier's document has been signed, you will no longer be able to dispute any external defects in the delivered goods.
PRODUCT RETURN
NB Each of our paintings is made after purchase, therefore the return involves significant damages at our expense.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the return is your responsibility and you must make it within 14 days from the date you communicated your intention to withdraw from the contract.
You are responsible for any damage that occurs during the return process (damage, theft, loss, etc.) until we receive the returned product. If the item is damaged during transport, we will notify you within 5 days of receipt, allowing you to promptly file a complaint with the courier and obtain a refund for the value of the item (if insured). In this case, the product will be made available for collection at your expense and the return request will be canceled.
You are responsible for the costs of returning the products.
You must return the goods intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment) taking care to remove all labels and barcodes previously affixed to the outside of the package and applying the waybill that the courier will provide you to the outside of the package.
Please include your order number inside the package (the number we provided you when confirming your order, e.g., #12345). A handwritten note with this reference will also suffice. Please remove all labels and barcodes previously affixed to the outside of the package.
Finally, we ask you to keep the tracking number of your shipment, if provided by the carrier, and communicate it to us via email.

REFUNDS
You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Without prejudice to our right to verify compliance with the above, we will refund you within 14 days of the return, using the same payment method you selected at the time of purchase.
The refund includes delivery costs up to the minimum amount selected during the checkout process. In practice, if multiple delivery options were available during the checkout process and you did not select the least expensive option, you will be refunded the cost of the least expensive delivery option available.
If you return the damaged item, we may charge you for any decrease in value. If the damage is such that it invalidates your right of withdrawal, you will not receive a refund. The product will remain at our premises and you can collect it at your own expense. In any case, we will notify you within 5 days of receiving the returned product.
