The Data Controller ensures compliance with all privacy regulations pursuant to the European Regulation for the protection of personal data no. 679/2016 (GDPR, "General Data Protection Regulation") and subsequent amendments.
Types of data processed
The data covered by this policy are all personal, identifying, and non-sensitive data (including, but not limited to, name, surname, company name, address, telephone number, email address—hereinafter, "personal data" or "data") expressly provided by those who interact with the web services of this site, accessible electronically at www.gamabunta.it . This policy applies only to this site and not to other websites that may be accessed by the user via links.
Purpose of data processing
Personal data are processed for the following purposes (hereinafter, “Service Purposes”):
- manage and provide the services offered through the Site;

- sending by email invitations to events or registrations for events of which the Data Controller is a part or which it organizes.
Place of data processing
The processing operations related to this Site's web services take place at the Data Controller's headquarters and at the web hosting datacenter where the Site is hosted. They are handled only by technical personnel in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated except in cases expressly required by law.
Treatment methods
The personal data provided by users are used solely to perform the services provided by the Site and only for the purposes indicated in the processing purposes. They are disclosed to third parties only if necessary for this purpose.
In addition to the data expressly provided, other data resulting from the user's navigation on the Site may be recorded. For any access to the Site, we record the browser type, operating system, host, and URL of origin, as well as data on the requested page. This data is used in aggregate and anonymous form for statistical analysis of Site usage.

The personal data and/or the results of the statistical analyses mentioned above may be communicated to:
- individuals, companies, or professional firms that provide assistance and consultancy to the Data Controller in accounting, administrative, legal, tax, and financial matters;
- subjects whose right to access the data is recognised by provisions of law or by orders of the authorities;
- subjects delegated and/or appointed by the Data Controller to carry out activities related to the provision of the services on this Site;
- Third-party companies or other entities (for example, website providers, cloud providers, e-payment service providers, suppliers, hardware and software support technicians, freight forwarders and carriers, credit institutions, professional firms, etc.) that perform outsourced activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as data processors.
The interested party's personal data will not be disclosed for any reason.
The user is not obligated to provide the Data Controller with the data requested by the Site. Rights of interested parties

Data provided voluntarily by users

Transfer of data to non-EU countries
